We want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If there are any malfunction issues with your umbrella, you may return the damaged umbrella in exchange for a replacement of the same or similar value. Please reference our Lifetime Warranty for more information.
To return an item for a replacement, please follow the following instructions:
Step 1: Obtain a Return Authorization Number
Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization number (RA#). To request an authorization number to complete your return, you must contact us by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Step 2: Return the Product
You must mail the product back to us, including the original packaging and hangtags. Please include a note with: your name, Return Authorization number, item style number, address, email, daytime phone number, and reason for your return.
Step 3: Replacement
You will be notified when replacement umbrella has been shipped. Replacement products will be shipped within 5-7 business days of receipt of the returned item. If we no longer carry the product, we will replace the original with a similar style. Replacement umbrella will be shipped free of charge.
