Thank you for submitting an order through our secure network. The credit card on file will be charged upon receipt. All orders will ship within three business days of confirmation. We accept any major credit card with valid United States billing information. We do not accept cash, checks, or money orders. All orders placed must meet a minimum order quantity of 24 pieces per style (one master case).



RETURNS:

Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization number (RA#). To request authorization for a return; please contact info@chabyinc.com for further details. Please be sure to include the following information: style number, reason for return, and proper contact information.



SHIPPING

All web orders will be shipped by FedEx unless otherwise requested. For orders of more than 240 pieces please contact our office at 215-923-2400 or info@chabyinc.com.

  • -FedEx Standard Overnight (Delivery by the end of the next Business Day)
  • -FedEx Priority Overnight (Delivery by 4:30 PM the next Business Day)
  • -FedEx Overnight (Delivery by 10:30 AM the next Business Day)
WARRANTY:

We guarantee our umbrella frames to be free of defects in material and workmanship. The warranty does not cover the fabric, case or handle. Nor does the warranty cover damage caused by accident, abuse or failure to allow the umbrella to dry in an open position.
