Chaby International reserves the right to limit the quantities of, discontinue without notice, or void any product or service that we offer. All purchases made online are final, and cannot be returned for a refund. If the product, of limited or surplus stock, has a malfunction and qualifies for a replacement under the Lifetime Warranty, we will replace the item. Chaby International reserves the right to replace any item requesting replacement with a model of the same or comparable value at our discretion. It is your responsibility to reference the Lifetime Warranty to see if the product is warranted, and follow the instructions of our Return Policy. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.
